Famous Food in India

India is a country with a lot  of  festivals and culture where people  use the to share their happiness always  with  sweets. I am also a lover of  sweets and  other food too. But if  I talk  about they various stats or region people's  are having  their own  various  food habits and I they  love  to  eat as  their famous food.  So I will talk about some  of  the  famous food  people  usually  prefer in  time  time  of some  sort  gathering  or  for sharing  happiness.

Malai kofta

Malai lofts is the famous food of the india.As people prefer to eat this. Most of the people love this and preferto have this when  guests came in their houses and they serve different types of food and sweets as a tradion  and preference to  satisfy their guest. So the most  of  famous dishes people usually make at least their houses  and also prefer to order online as in  emergencies or any type of of  reason. it is famous in overall in india most of the indian love these types of dishes.

Dhokla

Dhokla is the vegetarian  food that originated from the Indian state of Gujarat. It is made with fermanted batter derived from rice and split chickpeas. If can be refer as a dish or as a Snack. people are fond of this dish in mostly gujarat. people usually eat this as a sweet in gujarat. with the concept as people love to travel a lot then i would say they should try all the sweets of other states too.i have tried it  once it os of really good taste.

Rasgola


It is a sweet people prefer to eat it as dessert after lunch or dinner. Various parts of  India people usually prefer sweets after dinner and  also various types of  sweets. There are various other things people usually prefer to eat like  gulab  jamun, Ras malai and  milk cake etc. These are not only sweets but people are serving these as with their emotions.i love this also because i am type of sweet lover.

Alu Gobi

Alu gobi is a dry dish made with potatoes , cauliflower and indian spices. It is a yellowish in clor due to the use of tumeric and occasionally conatins kalonji and curry leaves. other common ingredients include garlic, ginger, onion,tomato, peas. It all adds up to one of the most polular dishes ordered in indian restaurants. I also love spicy food and i would like you to try it atleast once.i love all these and you should also try these .
